The Toyota Marin dealership is 100+ miles from where we live but it was SO worth the drive here. Keith Ural was our sales rep and made the new car buying process painless and easy. He immediately made us feel welcome, was very accommodating, patient, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. We very much appreciated the fact that their normal business hours go into the evening--they are open till 9pm, which is NOT a car dealer norm. Here is how this place rolls: NO sales gimmicks; NO fuss; NO pushy sales people; NO haggling over price; if they don't have what you are looking for on their lot, they will find what you want; everyone was very pleasant; accommodating and GENUINELY nice people! We had such a positive experience with Keith and the team, we will be going back in a couple of months to buy a new Toyota Tacoma truck. Go See Paul at Toyota Marin! I had not purchased a car in over a decade so I was nervous about going through the whole process of buying a new car. I had done a lot of research and knew that Toyota Marin had the car I was looking for, as well as the best price I had seen. When I walked in Paul Phillips greeted me and immediately made my daughter and I feel welcome. I told him what I was interested in, a new 2015 Rav4, and he showed me some great options. He explained between the different models of Rav4 and was patient and well spoken when answering all of our questions. He didn't waste any of our time trying to sell us something we didn't want and he made sure we got exactly what we did want. There was no haggling over the price and he and the dealership were fantastic in offering several options regarding financing. The only downside was the length of time it took from walking in the door to driving away in our new car...almost 4 hours! I'm not sure that can be avoided, and Paul certainly did everything he could to speed our experience along. Paul was personable, really nice, knew what he was talking about, and a real pleasure to work with. If you are even thinking about buying a new car, go and talk to Paul and he'll make sure that you have a great experience. More

I got the exact car I wanted! I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership! I knew the kind of car I wanted and started calling around. I got ahold of Wayland at thi I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership! I knew the kind of car I wanted and started calling around. I got ahold of Wayland at this dealership and he helped me get the car that day! I live in San Francisco and didn't have a car at the time, so he emailed me all the specs and video of the car. After I decided I liked it Wayland helped me to start a lot of the process over the phone, and via the Internet, and told me exactly what I would need to bring to complete the sale. I took a bus to San Rafael and Wayland picked me up at the bus stop! We then test drove the car, and I completed the purchase. I explained to Wayland what I was looking for as far as financing and coverage, and he got me in the hands of Ryan, who explained everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable about what I was signing and purchasing. Overall, it was a great experience! I woke up that day knowing I wanted the kind of car I got, but with no idea how to get it. That same day I bought my dream car! More

My wife and I were looking for a new 4Runner limited and checked with multiple dealership First off I would like to say Christine Cilento was amazing. My wife and I were looking for a new 4Runner limited and checked with multiple dealerships for the one we wanted. Most other dealerships I talked to had a lack of customer service and didn't care to much to help me find what I needed. One dealership even said "oh your not going to find that specific 4Runner nobody has them right now" then he tried to push me into buying what they had on their lot. After telling Christine from Toyota of Marin what I was looking for she called me back a couple days later and said we have exactly what your looking for. Christine had great customer service and really cared about our purchase and wanted to make everything go as smooth as possible. She always kept us updated on when the car should arrive and had us full out most of the paperwork from home so it would be in and out at the dealership the day our car arrived. I meet a lot of people all the time and it is really hard to find someone like Christine who really cares about her customers and has amazing customer service. I would defenetaly buy my next car from Christine Cilento at Toyota of Marin. Amazing experience! More
