There was absolutely no pressure, and I ended the day with just the car I wanted, the Camry, with all that safety features I was looking for. Russell helped me go over the car to learn to use those features on this amazing car. I had my last Camry for 12 years and expect to have this one for just as long. I came with research from Consumer Reports and dealer offers on price. If I ended up with a Camry I hoped I could work with this dealership because it's close to me. They and the manager met the lowest offer I was given with absolutely no hassle and gave me a great financing package. More

Recently, we contacted Toyota Marin to purchase a Camry. Christine Cilento, who answered our email went above and beyond to find us the car we wanted, obtained it from another dealership in 24 hours and kept us informed of her efforts all along the way. When we went to see the car, she could not have been more helpful and patient. She explained everything during the purchase process and knows her product well. When she handed us over to Josh in the Finance Office, we were equally impressed. Friendly but very efficient, he moved us through the endless pile of paperwork quickly but he also took the time to be sure we understood our options as they came up. Today we took the Camry in for the protective paint coating and the Service Dept, too, demonstrated good will, outstanding customer service and did all they could to ensure no one had to wait more than a minute or two to drop off or pick up their car.
