Keith listened to our family's needs and presented each vehicle with associated lease vs buy options. He clearly laid out the dollar value of each options so that we could understand what we could budget to spend monthly. The best part of my experience was when I unfortunately had to return the vehicle. Austin was just a curtious and helpfull as when I got the car. Making a sale and giving great service is one thing as it is a commission based job, but getting the same high level of effort on the return of the vehicle was outstanding when there is nothing to be financially gained.
