This was our fourth car that my wife and I bought from Toyota Marin. The seals person (Keith Ural) alway takes a good care of us. Keith found us the deals and cars that satisfied us and fits in our budget. Keith's manager also really help us in this process. They did not push us and they were looking after us and we're concern about what is best for us. Toyota Marin personnel are really nice and helpful people. My wife and myself will go back again and highly recommend Toyota Marin to our friends. More

SmartCar was a Smart Choice! My boyfriend and I were looking for an affordable car for months! When we found the SmartCar at Toyota of Marin online, we fell in love. We immediatel My boyfriend and I were looking for an affordable car for months! When we found the SmartCar at Toyota of Marin online, we fell in love. We immediately called the dealership to make sure it was there, and Jason answered within a couple rings! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and told us he would pull the car up for us to test drive for when we arrived. We did our test drive and fell even more in love with not only the car, but with Jason and Toyota of Marin too. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating while we went over paperwork with Jason, and even set us up with a bit of a quote for a lease just in case our bank couldn't help us. We finalized paperwork with our bank, and we were in the next day to finalize! Easy peasy, we were in out and done within an hour. Great experience, and when we're ready for our family vehicle in the future, we will definitely go to Toyota of Marin again! More

2012 tacoma fail I recently purchased a 2012 toyota tacoma 4 door v6 from Toyota Marin. Before making my first payment it at another dealer for a laundry list of major I recently purchased a 2012 toyota tacoma 4 door v6 from Toyota Marin. Before making my first payment it at another dealer for a laundry list of major issues. Not to mention this dealership lied to my face by saying the brake pads were recently replace (just found out they are less than 50%). When I attempted to contact the dealership it took a week to respond and the 4 other people I contacted never returned any of my calls. When I finally did get a reply they said you got a warranty deal with it. Very unpleased by my recent purchase and would not recommend buying a vehicle here if you are going to have the same experience than I did. More
