Great Experience Overall The service experience was good and it only took 2 hours to complete the 65,000 mile service. I forgot to ask to have my shocks checked but that was my fault. The only comment I have is that the low pressure tire light was on and no one told me which sensor was bad or what it would cost to fix it. Again, maybe that was my fault for not pointing it out but I thought the maintenance people would have noticed it and found out what the problem was. It has been on for about 3 months and I am continually checking the tire pressure in the 4 tires on the ground and the spare and keeping them at the specified pressure, so one or more of them must have a bad sending unit. We would like to say what a great job Brandon did in taking care of us, he is an outstanding service rep. More
The service department was very kind and knowledgeable. It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys and I was without my car for an additional day and late to work on Monday as a result which was disappointing, but they worked very hard to find them and again, we're very kind throughout the whole process.
