Recall and drivers side Window repair I brought my Rav 4 in for a recall and asked for your service technicians to look at the drivers side window because it wasn't working properly. Chris I brought my Rav 4 in for a recall and asked for your service technicians to look at the drivers side window because it wasn't working properly. Chris Palumbo said they would look at it and get back to me on a repair cost. I left the car and asked Chris to call me when he knew more. He did call back and recommended some repairs which I did have the cabin air filter replaced. I had no idea there was one. He said it should be ready to pick up soon after. Chris called back and said it was ready to pick up within about 30 minutes. When I got there to pick it up there was no charge for repairing the window. That was a great relief and I really appreciated that. Overall a pain free visit and also feel more comfortable with my teenage son now driving this car. Thank you, Mark Miles More

Fantastic Service Department! This is the second time my husband's truck has had 'work' done on it here. The first visit was to fix something on his Tundra that another automotive This is the second time my husband's truck has had 'work' done on it here. The first visit was to fix something on his Tundra that another automotive shop could not find. It took Toyota of Knoxville just under an hour to figure out the problem and just a short time to fix. This past week we had the Tundra in again for a 'check engine' light. They figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and called us to tell us that we would not be charged the $2000 plus for the repair because we had an extended warranty on the truck that we didn't remember we had. It was not an extra warranty we purchased after the purchase of the truck but was actually included on the sticker price. Barry was our service rep and he and his team are awesome!!! More
