My experience was excellent I came to the dealership with my 07 scion. It was using oil. Mary was very helpful in taking all the information to see if I qualified for the oil con I came to the dealership with my 07 scion. It was using oil. Mary was very helpful in taking all the information to see if I qualified for the oil consumption test. I was entered into the test with the results being my car needed repaired. The employees at the dealership went out of their way to help me. I will always recommend Toyota of Knoxville to friends. Very pleased with the entire process I had scheduled my appointment for servicing on the website and the day of my appointment I realized I needed to reschedule.
