Initial Toyota Care Visit Folks were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. My customer service representative said the service would take about an hour...and he was right o Folks were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. My customer service representative said the service would take about an hour...and he was right on the money. The Care plan called for an oil change, tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection. The oil change was deferred until my next visit - I was told today's new engines only require an oil change every 10,000 miles. The customer waiting area was a bit crowded. The expanded "deli" is a nice touch. More

Maintenance I went to this dealership only because the dealership closest to me had no openings for maintenance. I had been quoted a fee of close to $300 for the recommended maintenance on my car and I paid way less by going to Toyota of Knoxville. I live an hour away from them but I will continue to drive the hour for quality of service they give. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! My daughter and I were visiting the University of Tennessee from Atlanta, Georgia the weekend of October 20, 2017. We arrived in Knoxville the night My daughter and I were visiting the University of Tennessee from Atlanta, Georgia the weekend of October 20, 2017. We arrived in Knoxville the night before our tour of the campus and that night I had a flat tire. Toyota’s roadside assistant was stellar but the real hero were Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley. The morning of our tour I drove into Knoxville Toyota with no appointment and explained that I received a flat tire that was plugged but I needed it inspected before my drive back to Atlanta and that I my left my daughter at University of Tennessee by herself. Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley was so gracious and helpful. Despite the fact that it was a Saturday morning and the service department was extremely busy, they had the tires of my Sequoia inspected and I was in and out of the service department in 30 minutes so I could get back to my daughter and the tour at UT! I couldn’t believe it! The service, respect, and efficiency that I received was beyond what I expected even from my own local Toyota dealership. Thank you Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley you saved our weekend and we got home safely! If my daughter becomes a Volunteer, your service department will be our #1 choice. More
