Battery Problem I had my Toyota Prius towed to Toyota of Knoxville because that is where I purchased the car. Second time Toyota has repaired my bumper I have been rear-ended twice and have used Toyota to repair the damage both times. The work was done in the time promised and everything looks great. I have been rear-ended twice and have used Toyota to repair the damage both times. The work was done in the time promised and everything looks great. My only disappointment was that the estimate for the work this time was low by $150.00. Since the people responsible for the damage had paid me based upon the estimate, I had to cover the difference myself. My lesson learned is not to be nice and have the insurance company pay. More
