Highlander Analysis New Highlander was road tested for low speed hesitation and excessive shifting. Computer results showed normal operation. Issues apparently stem from New Highlander was road tested for low speed hesitation and excessive shifting. Computer results showed normal operation. Issues apparently stem from rapid shifting of the new 8 speed transmission and need for additional acceleration. Reset of drive memory ? definitely improved my subsequent driving experience after leaving dealership. Need to mention that these issues did not occur in my 2013 and 2015 Highlanders. . More
