Outstanding experience from start to finish! I was able to schedule online. Greeted immediately by a friendly associate, Jon, who reviewed my car's needs and explained the process and charge expe I was able to schedule online. The waiting area was very comfortable, TV, reading material, complimentary coffee (tasty!), hot tea, and soda. They have an actual cafe right there in the waiting area; I brought snacks with me so I didn't try them but others were mentioning that they enjoyed their food. The women's bathroom was extremely clean and smelled nice. Jon explained clearly the technician's findings and recommendations. He gave me plenty of time to consider my decision and then tell the team my decision. The cashier was very friendly. Thank you all!! More

This was reminiscent of a previous experience when I had to wait more than 30 minutes because my rep was tied up in a meeting with the Service Manager. This time, however, another service rep (Should have gotten his name.) stepped up and asked why I was waiting. I mentioned my rep under the car and this rep immediately retrieved my paper work getting me on my way forthwith!!! Good show!!! More

Perhaps I was unfortunate in choosing the wrong dealerships but I believe can say with a fair amount of confidence the many from my generation had the same attitude. I've had my Rav4 into Toyota of Knoxville three times now, not for the same issue, and I have been most encouraged in the quickness, completeness and cost reasonableness of each visit.
