I have dealt with other automotive businesses in the past and learned a lot about gimmicks and rip-offs, such as unnecessary work being done. Toyota Knoxville has not been guilty of any of these practices. I will continue to do business with them because of this. If they ever change I will be the first to go elsewhere. But as long as they have the team they have today I don't foresee that happening. They are also very dedicated to ensuring that there are no problems with their service. If anything happens that a customer deems unsatisfactory, no matter how small, they go the extra distance to correct it. If I buy a new vehicle, I will deal with them for sure. More
