Totally professional and when it was all said and done I don’t feel I bought a car from a Salesman I bought it from a friend. I had an experience with a dealer south of Toyota Knoxville and was not happy at all,that wasn’t the experience that I had at Toyota of Knoxville. I must have texted and pestered Austin well over 50 times with questions that would just pop into my head and he always reach out to me answering my questions and putting me at ease. Would I recommend Austin at Toyota of Knoxville without a doubt 100% would I buy from Austin again, Without a doubt and wouldn’t think twice. if I ever buy a new vehicle again it would be from Austin Davis at Toyota of Knoxville, as I know exactly how I will be treated and I wasn’t buying a Bentley , I could go on and on praising Austin but it would appear ingenuous, I don’t take the time to write reviews on any product I have purchased as I figure I bought it that should be review enough but I was so happy and pleased with the experience that I had,the well over a month long experience as my truck had not even come in to the dealer yet And had a few dealer installed accessories it was a lengthy process To say the least. It was almost like he held my hand throughout the entire process to make sure that I was 100% Satisfied and I did not go away unhappy.
