I bought a car from them recently, within the last month, and the service I received from them was horrible! I'm not going into detail here because frankly I am sick at all I had to deal with and their half and the service I received from them was horrible! Simply put - bought a car that had issues that were stated would be fixed prior to purchase, but within a week I had to go back to have them REDO it - which was poorly done. On top of that, I had to pay $600 OUT OF POCKET to have something else fixed which should have been done BEFORE the car was purchased. It's really disgusting, to be honest! Do NOT recommend them! Had rear brakes installed. Told me I needed a new battery, so opted for that as well. Didn't tell me the front brakes needed replacing until they were done. Took Camry in for "oil change, check brake pads, make sure it is up to par" Saw a John Moore who said I needed "yearly service"-$520 later my car was ready ($150 for parts and $300 something for labor! They took advantage of me (single Momma with 3 kids). The service Manager Michelle would never return my calls. I was going to trade in Camry for a newer model. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! STAY AWAY-THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE!! I WILL TELL ALL MY CUSTOMERS AT OUR DEALERSHIP TO NOT SHOP PARKSIDE TOYOTA!!
