I drive the long distance to Knoxville because of the great help and friendliness I have gotten from Howard White ( n bought from Lexus of Knoxville. Both guys went out of their ways to give me a great deal on trading cars. Stoney just drove my new car to Bristol for me, then took the time to go over the car and answer any questions I had and has followed up with phone calls. Both Howard & Stoney are two of the BEST!!! We worked primarily with the floor manager and a new salesman named Zach who is not pictured below. Everything about our buying experience was tremendous. Service dept has no clue what they are doing but are great at trying to make extra money. Parents brought in their car they purchased there due to transmission issues. Service claimed nothing wrong and great at trying to make extra money. Parents brought in their car they purchased there due to transmission issues. Service claimed nothing wrong and coerced them into a transmission flush at a ridiculous price and then tried to overcharge them when time to pay. By the way, the transmission crapped out on their way home and could have caused a wreck. Don't trust them and go somewhere else. More

My car is still under warranty and I started hearing a popping sound and my wiper fluid also isn't coming out, so they diagnosed it. They told me I would have to pay over $1,000 to have it fixed while my popping sound and my wiper fluid also isn't coming out, so they diagnosed it. They told me I would have to pay over $1,000 to have it fixed while my vehicle is still under bumper to bumper warranty. Brandon Bertram talked with my husband and I. He told us that he talked to Jason Carson and they would pay to fix it. He said they would call us when the parts come in. This was on 11-24-2020. I have called multiple times since then and they will not return my calls and when I spoke to someone they said they don't know why the parts have not been ordered but they would find out and return our call.. I am convinced that they just do not want to pay to fix it. Also I have had my oil changed here several times and it has taken 2 hours each time to have a simple oil change on a car. Their customer service is not good .I'm very dissatisfied with my overall experience. More

Toyota Knoxville failed to diagnose and repair my air conditioning system during three sequential visits costing over $1100. They reneged on their commitment to provide a loaner vehicle at no cost. On the third visit, they wanted more than $700 additional for the final repair ($1800+ total). I took my truck to Fox Toyota in Clinton, who made the identical final repair for $355. More
