I was greeted upon arrival by a courteous man who checked me in for my maintenance appointment. He explained the details of the service and the cost and the Costco discount. After purchasing a certified preowned RAV4 HV, I started to notice a fueling performance issue that should have been addressed by the dealer prior to selling. I was instructed to leave the car with a full t to notice a fueling performance issue that should have been addressed by the dealer prior to selling. I was instructed to leave the car with a full tank, only to be told when I picked up my vehicle that they confirmed the tank was full and no issue was found. The car still does not accurately show the fuel status as I am being told the car has under a 12 Gal tank when full and I have an owners manual stating it’s a 14.5 Gal tank. The technicians I spoke with all did not seem aware of the company’s service bulletins for my vehicle and the process of testing and ensuring my car is not part of the service campaign as I suspect mine is due to the VIN number of my vehicle. I highly suggest going to a different Toyota dealer for your cars servicing outside of an oil change and tire rotation. More
