Disrespected my time and broke my hood If I could give 0 stars I would. A 45,000 mile service appointment where I was waiting ended up taking 3.5 hours and the service representative did no If I could give 0 stars I would. A 45,000 mile service appointment where I was waiting ended up taking 3.5 hours and the service representative did not update me when she knew it was taking longer than expected. At the end of the appointment there was a problem with my hood that ended in the release cable being loosened to the point that I can no longer open it on my own and will have to take it to another dealership to be repaired. I had to insist at the end of the appointment that the service lights on my car be reset as the technicians did not plan to do this and this took an extra 30 min. When I tried talking to the service manager, he wouldn't allow me to even finish my sentence to tell him what was wrong and flew into action to give me $25 back for my trouble and then promptly disappeared. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would never recommend getting any service done here as no one that I talked to the whole time was willing to talk to me honestly or take responsibility for ensuring that my visit went well. More
Easy. Affordable. Helpful. I am a college student who was in dire need of new tires. I am a close family friend of Dan Tyrasnky and he was able to help me out tremendously, alon I am a college student who was in dire need of new tires. I am a close family friend of Dan Tyrasnky and he was able to help me out tremendously, along with Sean Meabon. They were able to get me a great deal on four brand new tires and were able to get them on quickly for me. I had trouble pulling into the parking lot my tires were so bald, and with the help these two gave me, I was able to leave and drive safely on the snowy roads without overspending. Thank you Motorcars Toyota. I will be back again in the future. More

Service Manager Don Shaffer overheard the conversation and took it upon himself to try a simple solution. Don took the car, said the problem should be solved and did not charge anything. We monitored the repair. The problem was solved saving us hundreds of dollars what our repairman would have charged us. More

Where's my truck Dropped off truck Friday night. Called Saturday @ 1;00 since dealership had failed to call with a status. Claimed they did not have my truck. Told the Dropped off truck Friday night. Called Saturday @ 1;00 since dealership had failed to call with a status. Claimed they did not have my truck. Told them where I dropped off my keys in the night drop. Claimed they were not there, they claimed I must have locked them in the truck. Told them I heard them hit the floor when I dropped them in. Finally an hour later they found them. Too late to do anything so they had me pick up a car to drive so I picked it up Sunday. Told me I had to fill tank up to 3/4 tank, got in and tank had less than 3/4. Why don't they fill up making it easier to return at the same level as issued at. When I picked up my truck I discovered they took to ziebart for undercoating. Googled and found closest was about 10 miles away making it a 20 mile round trip. Paperwork says truck mileage checked in at same mileage checked out as. I don't believe they towed or hauled it there. Noticed they did't replace the gas they used. Like how they expect me to return vehicle with more gas in it than picked up with, yet didn't treat my vehicle the same way, especially since this was for a recall. More
