This is the worst Toyota car service ever. Just after I bought my brand new Toyota Siena (At 5000 miles), I had a major mechanical issue. I had to leave the vehicle at the service facility for few weeks u bought my brand new Toyota Siena (At 5000 miles), I had a major mechanical issue. I had to leave the vehicle at the service facility for few weeks until they find a solution. During that time they have used the vehicle and caused damage to the body in several places. They even tried to fix one of the damages in the rare of the van by heating up the body. They never told me about it and screamed at me after questioning. Even after complaining with the owner he just sent a mobile service person just to fix one of the small damages. This is really unacceptable and everyone should aware about my worst experience. I will never use this service again and I highly recommend you to take pictures of the body before you leave your vehicle at this place (If you really want to use their service). I honestly recommend not to use this service. More

The service staff at Toyota Motorcars is unsurpassed. Melanie and Keith went above and beyond to accommodate me during my repair and exceeded all my expectations (of how customers should be treated). I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to them for repair (regardless of it's a Toyota). Any repair I've had has been fixed properly (the first time) at a reasonable price. Not only is the staff and practices of this service center second to none, they also have the the best hours in the industry. I will remain a loyal customer and be forever grateful for there work and dedication. More
I went in for service because my check engine light was coming on and off and I left with a detached muffler and loud engine. Turns out my lighting harness for my headlight is missing as well now. I was taken advantage of This was my 3rd visit for maintenance for my 2018 Toyota Camry. I was so impressed the 1st two times that the service dept. had my total trust. Even though we typically buy our tires from Sam's Club, my husband priced the 4 tires at Motorcars and thought about $1000 out the door was fair. When I stepped out of the car, the service advisor, I believe, Dave Taylor, asked me if I also wanted an alignment. I asked if it is typically done when new tires are installed, and he said, "Yes." I said, "OK." Later on he came and told me I needed a new engine air filter and also a cabin filter. He didn't show me the "dirty" filters, but I trusted him, so I agreed. When I got home I told my husband the bill was a bit over $1300. He was shocked. He said there was no way it needed an alignment at 14,095 miles. He asked if I was given a print out of the before and after alignment. I wasn't and didn't know enough to ask for one. He asked if I was shown the "dirty" filters. I wasn't. Until we got this new Toyota, we always took our vehicles to a local mechanic who NEVER replaced anything too soon. I showed Dave the coupon I printed out that I was emailed and asked if anything applied. I thought I would at least get the small amount off that I have noticed in previous emails for various jobs done by the Service Dept. Maybe Dave didn't know about those. My husband went back the next day, and the best he was offered was a credit on a future visit. My husband said we would never return. But, I did return 2 days ago, because every time I started the car, I got the message that "Maintenance was required." Obviously, the person who did the maintenance left out that final step. The Valet that called me into the garage, took care of that final detail. More
