Matt and the rest of the service adviser team are always clear, reliable, helpful, and thoughtful. They -- and your first-class technicians -- are the reason I feel the 1.5 hour round trip from NYC to Mamaroneck is a worthwhile time investment. More

Never dealt with a service center as nice as Toyota's. The coffee was good, too!!!! More

2018 Toyota Corolla 1 year scheduled service I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City for 7 years. This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla. I had a 2012, 2015 and 2018. They are a wonderful dealership. I h I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City for 7 years. This is my 3rd Toyota Corolla. I had a 2012, 2015 and 2018. They are a wonderful dealership. I have been bringing it in twice a year for the scheduled maintenance. My visits have always been pleasant and the service advisors are courteous and professional. This time I had Philip Rhone and he was very friendly. When I came in he said it would take 1 1/2 hours to do the scheduled maintenance and New York State inspection. So I waited in their beautiful customer lounge, with large screen TV, plush chairs and tables, and free bagels and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready early and they washed it also! Service doesn't get any better than this. Of course my Corollas have been great, never a breakdown, the most dependable car I have ever owned. More
