Before bringing the vehicle in, I topped off such items as the windshield washer fluid but according to the multipoint inspection was low. On the other hand the brake fluid was intentionally left down slightly (~25%)) but no fluid was added. Perform the free multipoint inspection or not but if you do, be honest and accurate. More

DCH made all arrangements with insurance company and me over the phone. When car was repaired, they arranged a courtesy car to pick me up; I was in and out of the service center in 20-25 minutes. I can't imagine a smoother experience. More
