I had a simple request- I needed a new bulb for the headlamp for an Avalon. I did not have the time for a full service visit. Danny, in the service department told me to purchase the bulb and he would headlamp for an Avalon. I did not have the time for a full service visit. The technicians also found a problem with my mechanical water pump and, after calling me for my permission, fixed it. The work was done promptly and the car seems to run very well. More
