Recent service I’ve been using DCH Toyota in Mamaroneck for a number of years - even though there are probably Toyota dealerships/service centers closer to my home. I've said it before & I'm saying it again: I've owned cars since 1960 & have never experienced any car-service shop anywhere that even comes close to I've said it before & I'm saying it again: I've owned cars since 1960 & have never experienced any car-service shop anywhere that even comes close to the quality -- mechanical & personal -- that you at DCH consistently provide, including working with me to provide the loaner vehicle that I couldn't manage without while my car is being serviced. I'm always happy to turn my 2014 Toyota Highlander over to Gabriel Rosario, trusting him to recommend any & everything necessary at the time of servicing to keep my car (68,000 miles) running like it's new. I can't imagine what I could possibly suggest to make the service experience better than it is. Thank you, thank you! More

Service dept. gets 5 stars The service dept. is excellent! The sales dept. leaves a lot to be desired. I was taken advantage of.
