We leased our second vehicle from Marc because of the service and deal he gave us the first time. He's amiable and helpful. Their service department and the salesman said they would call at a certain time and failed to do so. Otherwise, it was a great experience. We had done our research on the RAV4 and knew about it's great reviews and features but Mike was able to show us much more when we stopped in for a test drive. Even though they didn't have the exact 4 cyl Sport model we were looking for at the moment, we got to test drive both a 4 cyl base model to feel how it handles and a V6 to get a better picture of the interior highlights (they even pulled the car out of the showroom to test drive!). there was never any pressure to settle for what was one the lot - it was all about what WE wanted in a car. Sales Manager Tom Muradian was also very helpful in meeting us at a price we could afford. He was open and honest and gave us his best price. They even gave me a great offer on old car! I'm glad that there's a dealership in the same neighborhood that I work in that is as easy to work with and helpful in finding exactly what we wanted for the right price. More
