Painless. I hate pretty much everything about buying cars, but DCH Toyota City is pretty much a pain-free experience. This is the second car I've bought there, and it was the same both times. No scu cars, but DCH Toyota City is pretty much a pain-free experience. This is the second car I've bought there, and it was the same both times. No scummy salesmen, no cheesy negotiating tactics and they don't oversell you on options or financing. If you want these things you can have them, but if you don't, there's no hard sell. I haven't yet used their new service facility (at a separate location) but I've visited it for parts and it's very clean and attractive, with lots of comfortable seating and even free wifi. The best car buying experience ever! Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and cut out all the standard car sales tactics. Not only did they offer the most competitive pricing around, but they didn't play any "bait and switch" games and truly made it everyone's business to make sure we had as smooth and pleasurable an experience as possible. Bill saved us a ton of time by being an amazing listener and quickly zoning in on exactly what we were looking for. He continued to follow up with us throughout the process (finding the right car for us, scheduling delivery, giving a full tour of the car, following up after a few days of driving, etc). Luis was also fantastic. He had everything ready and perfect when we got there to pick up the car. He explained all the options we had in terms of financing/warranties/options/etc and fully supported us through making the decisions that were best for us. I can't even begin to tell you how many dealerships we visited in our area before stumbling upon DCH.
