We leased a Rav4 from Toyota of Manhattan, 2 years prior and had a terrible experience with the dealership at the time, but we loved the car and figured to try Toyota for our next car as well. One day driving up Boston Post Road, we noticed DCH Toyota and decided to set up a test drive. Our lease on our Acura was coming to an end, and as current owners of a Rav4, decided to try out Toyota sedans. It was very easy to set up a test drive and Nicole was the one to take my wife and I on the test drive. She was very helpful in explaining the features of the Camry and what set it aside from the rest of the sedans out there. We both liked the Camry enough that between the wonderful experience we have with the Rav4 and how helpful Nicole was, we didn't even test drive any other cars. DCH was very helpful in us being able to roll in our last payment on the Acura into the lease and at the same time keep our monthly payments manageable. It was a bit hectic at the dealership when we came to pick up our brand new Camry XLE last weekend with it being end of the month, but Nicole was still able to take care of us. Adam was very knowledgable about all the paperwork and even though that is the most boring part of the lease process, he made it tolerable. And Luis was helpful in working out the lease details and our maintenance plan. We will definitely be back in a year when the lease on the Rav4 is up, and will be leasing another one then. A follow-up call or two I understand. So I was expecting to have a "typical" car-buying experience when I walked into DCH Toyota City a few weeks ago and met Michael LaTerra. Boy, did Michael prove me wrong! He was pleasant, responsive and eager to make the process work to our mutual satisfaction, whether we met face-to-face, exchanged e-mails or conversed by phone. Plus he was highly knowledgeable and honest in approaching the relationship. In the end, I bought a great car (Camry hybrid) at a fair price, and was very pleased. I also want to commend Joe Croce, who stood in for Michael when I finally picked up the car. Joe was equally knowledgeable, extremely courteous and made every effort to make sure I understood how the car worked from top to bottom, including the Entune system and all the other features. As a result of Michael and Joe's efforts, DCH Toyota City gets an A+ from me. More

I just leased a new Camry from Toyota City last week and Ginny made the experience as easy and pleasant as could be. My prior experience with other car dealerships and salespeople had not been great, having Ginny made the experience as easy and pleasant as could be. Ginny started things off with a very friendly demeanor, we talked for a few minutes, and she gave me a number that was very fair right off the bat. What I appreciated most was that she had no interest in wasting my time and trying to beat me over the head with over-inflated numbers. Even if I could have knocked the price down slightly with a bunch of haggling (which I probably couldn't anyway), I didn't consider it because Ginny was so easy to work with and came in at such a fair price. By the time we were finished I felt like Ginny was an old family friend I had known for years and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I wanted a 2012 Camry SE for a good no hassle price. I called in and Tyler send me all the Info and everything went well from there. Someone called to make sure I was ok with the mileage as they had to bring the car down from another dealer over 100 miles away. The car was ready when we arrived, no surprises in the finance dept like other dealers. Nicole walked us through everything and was very patient as I am very demanding. Luis in the finance dept was very patient as well. This dealer is A+ and I have been to other dealers who don't even come close to them in any area - Price, Staff, no gimmicks - no surprises. Anyone within 100 miles should consider DCH before buying a new car from anyone else. Other car dealers could learn a lot from DCH on how to conduct business in 2012 via the Internet. The dealers back in NYC play bait and switch and treat you like dirt if you ask any questions and don't fall for their gimmicks. Other dealers rip you Off on DMV fees, doc fees, extra finance fees, higher APR etc. We are now the proud owner of a 2012 Camry SE from DCH and will continue to purchase all our cars from Nicole in the future.
