Thanks Dealerrater.com! This website was instrumental in finding the right dealer for me! After reading all the dealerrater comments and cross referencing the individual dealer websites, I decided to go wit finding the right dealer for me! After reading all the dealerrater comments and cross referencing the individual dealer websites, I decided to go with DCH Toyota. On top of that, DCH had promotional deals that beat the other local dealers. The dealership is big, beautiful and newly remodeled. The team there were just wonderful. This was my first experience leasing a car and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marc Ellison, a top notch professional, who has more knowledge and patience than anyone can ask for- not to mention a good sense of humor. He explained every aspect of leasing and guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Aside from Marc, I also want to thanks Luis Gonzalez, the business mgr, who consistently smiled with grace and patience while I slowly plowed thru the numerous financing forms. In all, I highly recommend this dealership to anybody buying or leasing. It is no wonder that they earned top marks in the country. Thanks again! More

I've dealt with car dealers in the past - all 3 times horrible - and I can honestly say my experience at DCH Toyota was nothing like that. I walked away feeling happy. My family and I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Croce in sales. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he didn't put any sales pressure on me to purchase. The professional service/attention he provided was exceptional. He took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had about the car, etc. And when it came down to the price, everything was straight forward and honest. I would also like to thank Luis Gonzalez, who helped us with the financing paperwork. He explained everything and made, probably the hardest process of purchasing a car, pleasant. I was so happy he was able to accomodate the warranty plan to suit my needs. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. More

The dealership was very friendly and personable from the very first moment I walked in. Tom Muradian and Joe Croce were excellent to deal with. We have bought 4 Toyotas through Toyota City. Marc Ellison is probably the best salesperson you could ask for. I originally dealt with Eileen via interent and phone and she was extremely prompt in contacting me, courteous and helpful. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and he was wonderful as well, very frie she was extremely prompt in contacting me, courteous and helpful. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and he was wonderful as well, very friendly and knowledgeable. Adam walked me through all the paperwork neccessary to conclude the sale and he,too, was very well informed and personable. All in all, a wonderful experience and definately "worth the trip" And I have the car I wanted for the price I wanted. More

I have been working with Marc at DCH Toyota City for almost 10 years and he has become not only a valued professional to our family but also a friend. He has assisted me in leasing 3 wonderful cars- a corolla and two rav 4s.. My experience with him today when trading in my expired lease for a 2012 Rav 4 was nothing short of enjoyable. He is extremely friendly and charismatic. He enjoys learning about his customers' lives and building relationships. He is the type of salesman that knows where you work, your kids's names and which team you are rooting for. He is funny, smart, and courteous. He really is a pleasure to do business with. I live one a street with multiple car dealerships but continue to drive a further distance to work with him specifically because he knows what is important to me in a car and how to financially provide me with the best possible deal.
