i wanted to give my business to them as had used them in the past and convenient location to me but responsiveness was awful. no follow up as promised and no attention to the customer. This is our family's third new car in the last eight years and we could say that this dealer was the best of all. We know that almost all dealers befriend you and pretend to be your friend and care about your family and loved ones, and we are right to be cynical, which usually is confirmed right after they give you the price of the cars, and try to sell you every accessory under the sun. We are glad to say that our experience at DCH Toyota restored our faith and we could say that there are still great dealers out there. At DCH Toyota, we felt at ease the minute we walked into the show room. Our salesperson was Joe Croce. Our three kids accompanied us and they could not believe how gracious, attentive and friendly he was. You would be hard pressed to find someone in a Dealer like Croce, unless of course, you visit DCH Toyota. We felt so comfortable dealing with him that it took only a few minutes before we began calling him Joe. Joe was extremely patient, he answered all of our questions and not once did we feel pressured by him to make a decision that we were not comfortable with. He did not disappoint us throughout the entire process. We bought a Highlander Limited 2013, which, you know, has tons of new features, beginning with Entune, keyless, synchronization with iPhone and more. Well, Mr. Joe took a great deal of time showing us every feature; he even synchronized the iPhone for us, and made sure that our new baby was spotless from top to bottom. He did all of this after he sealed the deal, so there was no reason for him to do all of that. At the end, before we left, our kids wanted to make sure that they said goodbye to him. That is a home run right there. More importantly, though, the price was great- hard to say that; well, we all say it to feel better after spending so much money. But in this case, believe me, it was true. But the best way to find out is by going out there (we traveled all the way from Long Island, where you can find a dealer on every block) and ask for Joe. I had test driven a Camry at a local Toyota dealer and liked it. Based on a recommendation, I went to DCH Toyota, where I met Marc Ellison. He was warm and friendly and promised to get me the car I wanted. It was the end of the year and I wanted to get the car before 12/31 to take advantage of 0% financing. Marc called and/or emailed daily to keep me up to date on his efforts to locate a car with the features that I wanted, in a color I wanted, which is sometimes difficult at the end of a model year. I picked up my car on 12/28. I'm not sure who was more enthusiastic about the car, me or Marc! Marc even called me the next day to see how I was enjoying the car. I was driving when he called and told him I loved it. Marc (and Luis, who handled most of the paperwork) made the whole car buying experience smooth and painless. I'm very glad I found DCH Toyota and would heartily recommend them. More

However, my experience dealing with DCH Toyota City in Mamaroneck, and Michael LaTerra in particular, has been so much above and beyond my expectations that I feel compelled to publicly express my gratitude to Michael. At all times Michael has been trustworthy, competent, and reliable. He was very helpful finding and securing a car that I wanted to buy (I had certain preferences concerning exterior and interior colors), never promised what he could not deliver, and was always available for even diminutive queries. More so, he remained that way even AFTER the purchase was made and the car was paid for. Michael comes across as very knowledgeable, friendly, and someone you feel very comfortable with. I sincerely believe that he actually enjoys helping people. Such a rare commodity nowadays! For some reason in the past we visited other Toyota dealers and till this day we have not had a pleasant experience from any of them, right from the moment we go in. I was expecting that change today about your place, since I had read so many good reviews on the internet about, DCH Toyota City. I have so many things to say but I will limited myself by saying "It was really sad" We had financed with Nissan and Honda dealers in the past and we have been very please dealing with one knowlegdable salesman from the beginning till the time we were ready to finalized the sale with the finance manager. It seems that Toyota's uses a method to program robots (salesman) to ask or say certain things. Every question that was asked the salesperson runs to the manager to get the answer then return with the answer. This was quite annoying especially when someone takes the time to do their research about a particular car. But we will continue to shop around. I hope this information will help your corporation in the future. More
