As my car was approaching 130K miles, I thought it best to get a newer model. Luckily I met Joe Croce who tirelessly worked with me to get me the best deal possible--in both the trade-in and pricing. He convinced me to up-grade from a Corolla (my last two cars) to a Camery. He managed to find me a 2012 with a bit or mileage on it. Everyone thinks I bought a brand new car! Joe was extremely patient and well-informed as he went thru all the new "bells and whistles" the car held. He aided me in getting the paper-work thru in a timely fashion and I was able to drive away in my new "used" car the next day. Joe was thoughtful and considerate in his dealings with me and answered all my questions and more! He even followed up with a couple calls after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with the new car. My wife and I went to buy a used car and had narrowed out list down to about 3 or 4 different makes and models. Mr. Mancebo is a total professional - knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful. We liked him and we liked the Toyota Highlander that he showed us. We went back a second time for a test-drive. Still, no pressure from Mr. Mancebo. We returned on Day 3 to buy the car. Rafael handled everything - all the paperwork and documents, phone calls to insurance company bureaucrats - everything that it took for us to drive out with our new car! When there was some delay, he kept us informed about it, never forgot us. Rafael is the man to see. He is our personal "Salesman of the Year!" More

Ginny was recommended to us by my sister who bought a car from her a few months ago. She was a wonderful sales person, we felt very comfortable dealing with her and she listened to our needs. We also really appreciated that she came in on her day off, to work around our helter skelter life with a new born, so we could pick up the car. We usually purchase a car for the long haul, so a car purchase is usually only every 9 years or so for us. At the time of our purchase we changed our minds multiple times about which existing car we were trading in and she never flinched and was very understanding and accomodating with our constant changes..
