Wonderful service. My daughter had just got her drivers license, and Joe was so kind to her and took as much time as necessary to help her acquaint herself with her first car. I was close by and I thought I would stop in to DCH Toyota city to see if they had a RAV 4 for me, I was helped by The manager Luis, and my salesman Mark. I wound up leasing an XSE hybrid. They both ma Toyota city to see if they had a RAV 4 for me, I was helped by The manager Luis, and my salesman Mark. I wound up leasing an XSE hybrid. They both made the process exceptionally easy. After the paperwork was completed Joe Croce explained all the various features of the car and how they worked, he took his time so that I would understand how to use everything. Joe really made my experience that much better. I definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends. More
