I recently puchased a 2010 Prius from DCH Toyota City Mamaroneck. The salesman I worked with, Joe Croce, was terrific- he helped me find the model I wanted, and managed to ensure it got to me from the we Mamaroneck. Joe spent considerable time explaining how this new-fangled thing worked, answered all my questions, and when he didn't have a complete answer, he did research or consulted with the service dept. to give me complete answers, including calling me back when he had the info I wanted. He did all this with humor and patience, and was very helpful when I called about the "fix" for the brake recall situation- a software update. The service manager, Mike, also was helpful in scheduling the repair around my work situation, even offering to provide a ride to help get me to work. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and especially Joe Croce, to anyone contemplating buying a new car- hopefully a new hybrid! More

I felt as though he was sincerely concerned about my personal situation and did everything he could to help. I highly recommend him and this dealer. On the other hand, I also contacted Toyota's corporate headquarters - customer service department to discuss my frustration with a 3 week old purchase (2010 Corolla)and my safety concerns with my young son as the driver. After being on hold for 52 minutes I was greeted by a snippy and almost hostile representative who seemed to care little about me or my concerns regarding the car. He simply said there is nothing Toyota will do for me beyond going to a dealer for the fix. I have owned many cars over a period of 30 years and have never come across such poor automotive customer service. Because of this experience I probably would never buy a Toyota again! DCH Toyota cares - but Toyota Corporation doesn't. More

I went to DCH Toyota to lease a new car, and was greeted very kindly as soon as I walked in. The sales consultant and business manager I worked with were extremely professional and polite. Had my verhicle serviced for an oil leak coming from the rear main seal. My vehicle was at the shop for 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle the rear left panel was not secured and my mudguard was dented (ob rear main seal. My vehicle was at the shop for 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle the rear left panel was not secured and my mudguard was dented (obviously someone backed into something and caused the minor damage). My service manager Susan who is absolutely great by the way advised Chris "service technician" about the panel. He then went outside with an attitude telling me he did not damage the vehicle etc: Note I never mentioned nor accused him. He then had the nerve to tell me he did not care...needless to say I became very upset and told him that is not a professinal attitude to have with a customer. Another service manager who was outside speaking with another customer advised him to go inside while he looked at the panel. The panel snapped back into place no problem and thankfully no dent was on panel, but the mudgaurd was a bit dented. They claimed the mudgaurd was melted somehow and thats why it was dented??? My experience was horrible and appaling needless to say. Im really dissapointed since I've been coming to DCH for over 5 years. I was able to straighten out the mud guard no problem but will no longer take my vehicle to be serviced at DCH. Im planning to speak with the location manager and regional manager regarding my experience. More
I started looking for a Highlander with Black Leather, GPS and a DVD System. I decided to go online and submit purchase inquiries to dealerships within a 30 mile radius from where I live. I received online lease quotes, however the only toyota store that actually read my email for my ideal vehicle was DCH Toyota City. They provided me with a lease payment online and broke out my driveoff fees to the penny. Truthfully at first I was hesitant because the quote was a little higher than everyone elses. Later to find out that they provided me with the best quote after going to the other stores personally. First off not one of the other dealers could honor the lease quotes they sent me and they didn't have an available highlander with the items I wanted, after they told me they did. Toyota City honored the email originally sent and although they didn't have the car, they did not charge me a "LOCATE Fee" What ever that is???? Like the other dealers did. They were pleasant, honest and a truthfully what I had not expected. This dealer did an outstanding job for me and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Overall a Great Experience!!! Everyone here went above and beyond what my family was expecting. We thought we would have a long day of waiting, paperwork, and conversations about things we wouldn't understand. We have received excellent customer service and an unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We then had to upgrade 6 months later to a 2008 Sienna LE and unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We got a great car at a good price. This dealership goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. It does not have any of the sterotypical car salesmen qualities that car salesman are know to have. More
