I have been a customer of Toyota City in Mamaroneck NY for almost 40 years. In that time we have purchased nine cars, the most recent being a 2006 Prius. We have returned again and again over the years for almost 40 years. In that time we have purchased nine cars, the most recent being a 2006 Prius. We have returned again and again over the years because of the quality of the cars and the quality of the people in sales and service. We began in the 1970's with the first of three Corollas, moved to a Camry and two minivans, a Celica, then two Priuses. For the last five cars, over 20 years, we have worked with Ginny Bisconti, a wonderfully warm and thoughtful individual. We've gone back to her again and again because we've known we were getting an honest deal. The most fun was in keeping a surprise when one car was a gift to my wife. The best job was in securing the second Prius to replace the one which was totaled when my daughter was in a collision with a speeding hit-and-run driver. Ginny has never been a high-pressure type. She was wonderful when our son spent time considering a car a couple of years ago and then decided on a different brand. I still get a big greeting whenever I stop in for service. The service department has been excellent over all these years. I have maintained all of the cars there for everything except routine oil changes. I can't say enough about this dealership. I guess that my loyalty as a customer over nearly four decades speaks for itself. More

I was a tried and true Ford/Lincoln Mercury Auto owner. However, last July, I started to shop for a car lease. I tried Subaru and was told more about the many different reasons for owning a Subaru, than the sales person actually listening to MY needs. I walked into DCH and was greeted by Ginny. Within a few minutes of speaking with Ginny, I knew she was willing to work with me and my budget to accomodate me. And she did!!. I leased a 2010 Corolla and I am so happy. So happy in fact, that my sister and I just participated in the Buy Back Event and leased a 2011 Corolla. Again, Ginny was able to accomodate us in everyway; budget, color, interior, extras, etc. Over the past 21 years, this would make the 4th car from this dealership. That speaks for itself!!! The service department is excellent; specifically Joe Maglio and Jerry Scialo. More
I purchased a 2010 Highlander and several Toyota cars over the years from Virginia (Ginny ) Bisconti. The Highlander was for myself and other cars we had was the Toyota Rav4 for my husband, my two sons g over the years from Virginia (Ginny ) Bisconti. The Highlander was for myself and other cars we had was the Toyota Rav4 for my husband, my two sons got Toyota Tacoma Trucks, and my daughter has the Matrix. We all LOVE our cars and the EXCELLENT service from DCH Toyota. Ms. Bisconti has helped ALL of us and we look forward to getting a Toyota for our last child when he turns 16 next year at DCH with Ginny! Please know that we travel from Maryland just to NY to meet with Ginny because she makes the our experience memorable and takes the time to explain any questions we have. This is my seventh time leasing a car from DCH Toyota. Without fail, I have always had an excellent, satisfying experience--consistently over the past 19 years. The faces at the dealer occasionally change, but the experience is the same. No hassles, no problems, and never an issue--even when I might expect there could be. Everybody is friendly, understanding, kind, and helpful. I've never felt pressured, overwhelmed or bothered while I make decisions on what I want. It's actually an enjoyable experience, not only because of the car (Camry), but because the salesperson (and the entire staff) cut the red tape to make the purchase easy and smooth--in all aspects of the sale (insurance, financing, registrations, etc.). This time, and all the time. As a prospective buyer, I could (and have always been able to), therefore, focus on the car I want--the style, the color, the amenities, and the drive. No time wasted. The salesperson and others in sales and service seem to know what to say, what to show and how to make it all possible. They, too, have a sense of what I might want or need. I've always had good experiences with a salesperson, but I like the team approach at the dealer. Others step in to assist or provide information or answer questions. As a seven-time lessee, I often know I when it's time to get a new car, all I need to do is show up. I would highly recommend the dealer, and unless I move to another town, I will plan to go back to this dealer again and again. More

Within 36 hours we signed all the needed papers and took possession of our new car. All the paperwork and contacts with the motor vehicle bureau, the insurance company and details for their taking possession of our leased car were taken care of by the dealer. There were no surprises or hidden costs and everything was as we were told it would be. There couldn't have been a smoother transaction. The people we dealt with Bill Glass, Luis Gonzalez and Michael Porreca, the general sales manager, were helpful, patient and couldn't do enough to make certain everything went smoothly. When I left my briefcase at the dealership after we drove off in our new car, Bill called and then delivered it to my home. I couldn't recommend the people dealt with and this dealership higher for their professionalism, integrity and non-pressured selling. As long as I buy Toyotas, I will buy from DCH/Toyota. More
As always Mike had my interests first and foremost. After I brought my car in for an inspection, after I was rear ended, Mike prompted me to stick to my guns and have the responsible insurance agent in After I brought my car in for an inspection, after I was rear ended, Mike prompted me to stick to my guns and have the responsible insurance agent inspect the vehicle at your premises along with your mechanic, to ensure I got the parts and repairs I needed. The insurance company made me wait a long time for that inspection and kept on at me to have me take the car to them, thankfully Mike had given me the heads up, and I got what I wanted in the end. As always the car was in and out in no time. Always a friendly face and I very much appreciate it! More
I heard of Toyota of Mamaroneck through a friend. My car was pushing over 3000 RPM's and i thought the transmission was on it's way out. When i spoke to Danny he agreed with me but said "that's not always t was pushing over 3000 RPM's and i thought the transmission was on it's way out. When i spoke to Danny he agreed with me but said "that's not always the case, let us look at it". He then when on to list 2 other possibilities, which i thought to myself, I knew it was the transmission. Well to my surprise it wasn't the transmission it was that my brakes were locking and causing my engine to rise. Which was one of the symtoms Danny had suggested. It's good to see that there are personnel out there that know there job and Toyota of Mamaroneck is where they work at. More
