I had a simple request- I needed a new bulb for the headlamp for an Avalon. I did not have the time for a full service visit. Danny, in the service department told me to purchase the bulb and he would headlamp for an Avalon. I did not have the time for a full service visit. While driving down the Thruway on a Sunday aftenoon, we decided it was time for a new car. Sure enough, Bill was there. He was very helpful in explaining down payment, trade in and financing options. The reason we keep coming back to Bill is because we trust his knowledge and his concern for our best interests. When we picked up our new Camry, he was very patient, explaining the new features and even helping us to set up the radio. We have recommended Bill to friends and family, and they have had similar experiences. He even picked up my brother from home and drove him to the dealership when his new car arrived! We look forward to buying many more cars from Bill Glass. More

I placed a deposit on a pre-owned car with Tami Radway on a Saturday at 9:00 am. I called on Monday morning to set up a time to pick up the car. Tami said that she would call me at 4:00 pm that day to take c a Saturday at 9:00 am. I called on Monday morning to set up a time to pick up the car. Tami said that she would call me at 4:00 pm that day to take care of the paperwork so I would not have to wait long when I arrived. She did not call until 6:30 and at that time she told me that my car had been sold to someone else. She told me not to worry that they would get me a twin to the car or a better one at the same price. Over the course the the next two weeks I received very little info on a possible replacement, as I spoke to, sent emails and voice mails to Tami, Andrew and Mike. Finally Andrew called to tell me that they had located a car at another dealer and he referred me to them stating that they know of the situation and pricing. When Icalled the other dealer he said that he would not match or come close to my price. I since have tried to reach Andrew and Mike and they will not return my calls. If you plan on dealing with DCH Toyota City do not expect that what you are told is accurate or the true, as many times throughout the three weeks I was told conflicting stories as to the progress of my situation. Our sales experience with Virginia Bisconti was the best we have experienced an A++ She found us the exact car we wanted the next day(DCH did not have one on their lot) for an excellent price.
