I took our Sienna in for a recall repair and an oil change. The service experience had an unforseen complication, but Toyota Bountiful was willing to work with me to correct the situation and restore change. JOJO was by far the best sales man ive ever talked to, very nice NOT PUSHY. HE listened to everything i needed in a vehicle and found me the perfect truck in my price range. I went in looking for a more economical car for my daughter and ended up getting a car for myself. Not even a week later we found the car for my daughter - both from Toyota Bountiful. Cory helped us w daughter and ended up getting a car for myself. Not even a week later we found the car for my daughter - both from Toyota Bountiful. Cory helped us with both sales. He took the time to make sure he understood what we needed/wanted and what we didn't want or wouldn't work for us. Scott and the rest of the finance team were wonderful to work with. Buying 1 car can be both scary and overwhelming, but buying 2 is really over the top, but everyone we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone else? PEOPLE SAY IT TAKES ONLY ONE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE TO HAVE A MAJOR EPHIPHANY. ALTHOUGH TO SOME MY EXPERIENCE MAY SEEM IN-SIGNIFICANT, KNOW THAT MY EXPERIENCE AT TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL WAS TRULY AMAZING...AND HAVE A MAJOR EPHIPHANY. ALTHOUGH TO SOME MY EXPERIENCE MAY SEEM IN-SIGNIFICANT, KNOW THAT MY EXPERIENCE AT TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL WAS TRULY AMAZING...AND I DON'T USE THAT WORD OFTEN. I HAD A 2007 TOYOTA 4RUNNER. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I LOVED IT. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE PAYMENTS FOR MY LEASE WERE BECOMING TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE. I WAS AT BOUNTIFUL TOYOTA WITH THE DEALERSHIP AGREEING TO BUY MY VEHICLE SETTING ME FREE FROM MY LEASE! NO FUSS AND NO JUDGEMENT! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I'M STILL IN SHOCK THAT IT HAPPENED SO QUICKLY. I SENT AN INQUIRY OVER THE INTERNET JEFF KRAEMER CONTACTED ME WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF REQUESTING INFORMATION. JEFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS INTERESTED IN A TRADE IN WITH MY YUKON. I CONTACTED ME WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF REQUESTING INFORMATION. JEFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS INTERESTED IN A TRADE IN WITH MY YUKON. I SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 3:00. I gave Toyota Bountiful a perfect rating, because they were excellent when it came to every aspect of our purchase. Keri was excellent at making us feel welcome, she was very friendly, she knew a lot ab were excellent when it came to every aspect of our purchase. Bountiful Toyota has a beautiful show room and a really fun play area if you bring along your kids. We found an excellent deal through autotrader.com on our new car (that's how we found Bountiful Toyota). Our overall experience couldn't have been better! More

When you buy a used car you are buying an unknown item, you don't know it's history, perphaps if dealerships inspected these cars and made the reports available the experience would not be so scary. I will admit that it is the buyers responibility to check every thing he can. To their credit they did as much as was their duty to do and even put new tires on the car for me. For this I am grateful. I am also grateful for the quick responses of the dealership to this concerns and thier eagerness to set right certain issues that were discovered! More

There has been a complete change (positive, professional) from the previous dealer's commitment to customer service. I highly recommend the new dealership.
