I believe the sales person was very sincere about everything and made the experience great. We had a few issues with getting the right numbers becuase of a misunderstanding on my part, but finally I everything and made the experience great. My family has been buying vehicles at this location for more than twenty years.When I learned of the change in ownership at the start of the year there was some concern. Once I met Auggie and new sales manager Chris, my trepidation disappeared. Along with their professional handling of the transaction, and the presence of comforting old friends like Don, everything went according to my desires. I now plan on continuing to satisfy my Toyota addiction at this dealership. More

I have come to this dealership a long time. In November of 2010 I had a windsheild installed when it was Menlove. The windshield has some problems with gaskets, etc. I spoke with John Maher the Service Manager and explained my concern. He promptly investigated the issue and made arrangements to replace the windshield at my residence. The company performing the work was Premier Auto Glass. The owner Mike and his employee Matt Gough were great to work with. Both were considerate and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the way I was treated. I would recommend Toyota Bountiful and Premier Auto Glass to anyone. More
I recently used Toyota of Bountiful for service on my Toyota Sequoia. When I pulled into the service bay I was immediately greeted by Dan. He was polite and very professional. Complimentary beverages and even a sound proof room for kids to play in. Not every dealership is perfect and I had a very small issue with my last visit here. I was contacted by John Maher the service manager and I discussed the issue at hand. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made me feel like a valued customer. I believe customer service is the most important part of any business. Toyota of Bountiful is a great example of making sure their customers are completely satisfied. More
Had problem after problem with certified vehicle just purchased. Had to jump through many hoops before problem was finally fixed. They did provide a rental and cover the costs, which they should have for a vehicle just purchased 7 days before. In the 8 weeks I owned the vehicle, it was in their shop more than half the time. When I tried to do a new trade on the vehicle they reduced the trade-in price more than $2000. After telling me they could get a vehicle from another dealership, they took that back and told me they could not. Even the general manager promised things that were not done. Will not go back for service or sales. More
