My wife and I stopped at Toyota Bountiful because we had done a lot of research on the Toyota Prius. When we got there, Keri was the first to approach us. I think she was on her way to do something else, but took the time to help us out. We had a lot of questions and Keri was able to answer them all. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful and made us feel like her top priority. We explained that we were not in a position to purchase the vehicle, but wanted to get a better feel for the price we'd be paying as well as a feel for the vehicle itself. Keri was understanding of this and we felt no pressure to jump into a purchase before we were ready. Several months passed and we were gearing up to make our purchase. We had such a pleasant experience with Keri, that we didn't hesitate to get back in touch with her to discuss our options. Keri fought for us the whole way. She got us the car we wanted, the payment we needed and even the color we hoped for. I was so impressed with Keri and the other staff at Toyota Bountiful. They were easy to deal with. We had such a pleasant experience with this purchase that I am certain we will be back! More

I had the best new car buying experience I have ever. Randy Aldridge got us into a new Tundra at the right price. We were driving our new truck off the lot with in a hour. After spending six hours at a dealership we decided to stop by Toyota Bountiful on our way home. The best part is that he didn’t try to talk us out of the car we wanted and try to sell us something we didn’t want. The whole process was really fast we were at the dealership for less than two hours. Our finance manager was Matt Bruun he did a great job getting us financed given our past credit history. We had such a great experience that all future vehicle purchase will be at Toyota Bountiful. Thanks for a great experience! I'm a person with a lot on my plate so I don't have time for all the games that ususally take place when you buy a new car. Auggie picked up on that right away and we helped me get what I wanted with out s for all the games that ususally take place when you buy a new car. Auggie picked up on that right away and we helped me get what I wanted with out spending a day to get it done. I got what I wanted, for a very good price and we got it done fast. On top of that we had fun doing it, it was a very pleasant experience. I purchased my last two cars from Toyota of Bountiful and our company has now purchased over 10 in the past 5 years. They are great to deal with and they even delivered a few of those cars when we needed them to do it. This is a great place to do business. More

Bill was very honest and said on multiple occasions that he didn't care if we didn't buy a car from him today, and that he just wanted us to have learned something while at the dealership. We were originally looking for a used minivan for our growing family and just wanted to compare prices that we had seen in the classifieds. We ended up buying a new minivan that I feel much more comfortable with so that i'll know how it has been driven and maintained, and Bill made it possible for us to do so. He worked very hard for us and wanted to make sure we could get as close as possible to our budget. I would definitely suggest Bountiful Toyota to anyone, and more specifically, Bill Swoger. More
