We had been looking for months for a used car for our 16 year son and we were struggeling to find a descent dependable car within a specific price range we had. We went to numerous dealerships and once we told them our price range they really didn't want to help us anymore. We were told by word of mouth to try Toyota of Bountiful. We went there and Chris Sanchez was there to help us. He spend as much time as we needed him to in order to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy at all, he understood our needs and our budget. To be honest we didn't think we would ever hear from him again just like the rest of the dealerships we had gone to. To our surprise within a couple of days Chris gave us a phone call letting us know he found a car that fits all of our requests we had asked for. Thanks to Chris Sanchez my son is the proud owner of a car now. The respect and knowledge from Chris Sanchez and everyone else at Toyota of Bountiful has made my sons first car buying experience a pleasure for us all. We will be repeat customers of Toyota of Bountiful in our next car purchase. More
I have been buying new vehicles for twenty years and have dealt with a plethora of car dealers. Without question, my experience with Toyota Bountiful was my best car buying experience. I drove almost 500 miles from southern Nevada and every member of the sales staff was attentive to my needs and extremely efficient. Every question I asked was promptly answered and the entire process was completed in less than two hours. I wish all car dealerships treated their clients the way I was treated at Toyota Bountiful. Several years ago I purchased a used Toyota from what was then known as Menlove Toyota, now known as Toyota Bountiful. When that car was recently declared a total loss after a rear-end collision, I was cont then known as Menlove Toyota, now known as Toyota Bountiful. When that car was recently declared a total loss after a rear-end collision, I was contacted by the loyalty division of Toyota and encouraged to return to my dealership to purchase another Toyota. I intended to purchase another used Toyota, as I had an excellent previous experience, and other than the rear-end accident/loss, had zero problems with my vehicle. Though Toyota Bountiful is (obviously) in Bountiful, and whereas I live in Draper, some 28 miles to the south, I questioned the loyalty division in having to return to a dealership that was not conveniently located. I was assured that Toyota Bountiful would make sure the out-of-the-way drive was worthwhile. On an otherwise busy Saturday in December, I made the trek, and was pleasantly surprised to find myself driving home in a brand new vehicle for the same price as my now-totalled used car, and with ZERO percent financing. Merry Christmas to me! Jim Sullivan describes himself as one of "the last of the little guys," which was the motto of the previous Menlove Toyota dealership. He gave me undivided attention and never made me feel insecure, which is the way many women I know feel about going to car dealerships alone. I have always feared pushy salesmen who speak auto-lingo, which I feel I must pretend to understand, lest I feel ignorant. Without ever voicing this fear, Jim spoke in a straightforward and easy manner that never made me question or wonder about anything. Beyond that, he actually anticipated questions I might have, which was tremendously reassuring, and helped build a relationship of trust, which is essential when considering a big purchase such as a new vehicle. As it turned out, I looked at and test drove a beautiful, red 2011 Toyota Corolla, and after two separate phone calls to my brother, who usually helps me with car matters, I drove home in the first brand new car I've ever owned. Jim talked to my brother and asked many questions, all of which Jim quickly and easily answered to my brother's satisfaction. When I got back on the phone wit him, he said he felt like I had been lucky enough to have a fair and honest salesman and advised I go forward with the deal for the new car. The conversation my brother and I had prior to my walking in the dealership was not to get sucked into a new car, no matter how attractive the deal sounded. Did Toyota Bountiful make my long drive to their dealership worth it? Absolutely. Even if I move to Los Angeles, I'll make a point to drive to Toyota Bountiful when it's time to purchase another car. A couple of days later, when we were within a few hours of buying a different car, Chris called, and we were able to agree on a price. Scott Roper, who helped us with financing and wading through the paperwork, was very helpful, honest, and up-front. No tricks or gimmicks. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out Bountiful Toyota. More

Jim Sullivan is one of the few car salesmen in the entire Salt Lake valley area that I would recommend to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. He listened to my automotive concerns and matched me to a pre-owned Toyota that met my driving needs and financial parameters. While car buying can often be a lenghty and boring experience, our afternoon was made more enjoyable with friendly banter, lunch, snacks, free gifts and expedient consultations. When it comes time for us to purchase another vehicle, this is the first place we'll go and we hope Jim is still there! Thank you. More
