This is my new favorite dealership. I went in just looking at cars and ended up driving away in a brand new Scion tC. I loved dealing with Keri. She knew a lot about the Scion and you could tell that looking at cars and ended up driving away in a brand new Scion tC. I loved dealing with Keri. She knew a lot about the Scion and you could tell that she loved selling them. She was fun and pleasant to work with. The entire environment was pressure free. They have a play area for kids with movies, a quiet room to relax, a gym, a little "concession area". It was more like a mall than a dealership with all the amenities they have. No haggle, no hassle pricing is great. Dealing with the financing manager, Scott, was awesome. He laid my options out in front of me and didn't push me into anything. There was no hidden fees like "under carriage protection". Plus he got me the best deal possible. During the final inspection, we found a couple scratches but they had me come back in a couple days later. Rich, the sales manager, actually made sure that it got done by a guy that only does black cars and it turned out perfect. When, not if, I buy a new Scion or Toyota, this is going to be the dealership that I do it at, no question. On top of everything else, I just went in to the parts department a couple days ago. They are extremely nice and had the part I wanted in two days. Thank you Toyota (Scion) Bountiful, my new favorite dealership. More
Had a specific vehicle that I wanted and found at Bountiful Toyota through the Internet. This particular vehicle was in short supply and high demand. I am located in Kentucky and could not find this Bountiful Toyota through the Internet. This particular vehicle was in short supply and high demand. I am located in Kentucky and could not find this particular vehicle anywhere in the Southeast and the dealers In the Northeast weren't helpful when they learned that I was in a different state and wanted to lease the car and have it shipped to me sight unseen.I think they just thought the deal would never transpire so they weren't willing to spend the time just to see it fall through. I have to be honest, I went through a couple employees at Bountiful that I felt may have had the same attitude. Eventually, after months of watching the price on the vehicle and trying to get an employee that would work with me, I finally got Clay Charlesworth and I'm thankful I was persistent and didn't walk away. I would have if they weren't sitting on one of the few available vehicles that I had my heart set on. Well, timing is everything. Toyota was offering a dynamic money factor for a lease deal and Bountiful was able to meet my price on the vehicle, all with Clay as the driving force. All transaction was done over the phone, email and snail mail, and certainly was not the most convenient and required Clay to work more than if I had walked in off the street. Even after the transaction was done and I arranged for a trucking company to pick up the car, Clay made sure that the car shipped out in mint condition and let me know when it was picked up. Communication was never an issue with Clay and he did everything I asked. I hope that I don't have to search across country for my next vehicle, but if I do, Bountiful will be my first stop with Clay as my salesperson! I love my new SHORELINE BLUE PEARL TRAIL EDITION 4RUNNER!!! More

I contacted the dealership while looking for a Jeep on the internet. I was skeptical about contacting a dealer online and getting the vehicle I wanted without being at the dealership in person. He was responsive to my list of questions and worked to make sure the vehicle I wanted suited me. He provided all the information requested in a very timely manner and what he said about the Jeep ended up being true. I feel he went above and beyond what I have come to expect from car dealerships. I have had no issues with the vehicle and have thoroughly enjoyed the customer service Chris provided. My next vehicle will be purchased from Chris at Toyota Bountiful. More

We had previously went to National Auto Plaza to purchase a used car, after a 2 week process and still not knowing if the car was ours or not due to the fact nobody would return calls, emails etc. to make a a used car, after a 2 week process and still not knowing if the car was ours or not due to the fact nobody would return calls, emails etc. to make a long story short we ended up taking the car back. The same day we headed out to Toyota Bountiful (we heard advertisment on the radio) figured its worth a shot. From the second we walked on to your car lot we were treated as if we were the only customer that existed as if we had all the money in the world it was fantastic. Truly Fantastic. We were met by Corey Schneider my husband explained what our budget was what we were looking for and within 5 min Corey had a car pulled up. He was super nice and pretty knowledgable about the car on our test drive he even engaged my 12 year old daughter in conversation which I thought was pretty neat he made an akward situation not akward. Great guy. Offered snacks, drinks pretty much anything we wanted. Once we hit the fianance manager and dang it I cannot remeber his name anyway we were on our way awesome guy. From start to finish our visit to Toyota Bountiful was less than 4 hours long. Keep in mind NAP had us out for 2 weeks with no answer.. Toyota Bountiful will always have my business great dealership they changed my mind on whole process thank you. THe finance manager let me know what was up before I walked out the door. The best part is I just recieved my first bill and the payment is what I was told it would be yay thanks for your honesty.. More

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we've received from Toyota Bountiful. It has been a dream of ours to own a truck. Toyota was not our first choice if we're being completely honest. However, after dealing with two other dealerships (Ford and Chevy) and getting the cold shoulder and being brushed off and quite frankly being treated rather rudely, my husband walked in to Toyota Bountiful and was greeted enthusiatically by James Miller. Not only was James helpful, but he made my husband feel like our dream could be realized. We received amazing service from James. We didn't feel like he was just interested in making a sale. He didn't treat us like a potential commission on his next paycheck, we felt and were treated like human beings and that I have to say is a first for us when it comes to dealing with sales people. The awesome service didn't end there, we then met with Scott Roper to finalize all the paperwork. He gave us excellent customer service and made us feel like he truly had our best interest in mind. We felt like we had just purchased a vehicle from a great friend. Randy Aldridge followed through on promises made with the purchase of our truck. He was fantastic and hooked us up! When we shared with family and friends that we had purchased our truck from Toyota Bountiful, we were happy to hear that we were not the only ones who held such a high opinion of this dealership. We will not buy another car from another dealer as long as Toyota Bountiful is around. And we are so excited to say that we are proud Toyota owners! More
