Stephen Peterson was great. The Service department on the other hand, not so much. They told us they hadn't had a chance to inspect our vehicle, even though they've had it since January. We realized once we had it in our possession that the battery is garbage, the front axle mount is broken, muffler has a hole in it, the heater core is going out, & the radio didn't even work. {Luckily that was an easy and inexpensive fix.} The credit department {Kelsey} is as shady as ever. She explained the Gap ins. and protection plus warranty registration to us except the small price they came with. She told me the Gap ins was already included and to not worry about it. Very misleading and I'm sure most people don't notice. Very shady business! More

James, our Sales Representative informed us of the mistake and that Toyota Bountiful would honor the original price quoted. I wasn't even in the market for a new car. I always buy used because I feel you get more for your money. I called Toyota bountiful because they had a used truck I was interested in. I had been looking for a Mid-size truck around the valley for about a month or so. I went to a couple of different dealers and nothing fit my price or even something I really wanted. Eventually I found something online at Toyota Bountiful that caught my eye so I called in and spoke with Clayton. I set up an appointment with him and gave him a few options I saw online. Unfortunately, it seems that Clayton had some problems that morning wasn't able to make it in on time. Enter Scott Argyle. Scott was great and friendly from the beginning! The vehicle I looked at online sold the night before but he took the time to jot down everything I was looking for in a truck at which time he went and checked everything in his inventory. He pulled out a few different things and he let me take the test drive myself so that I didn't feel pressured into anything. I then found exactly what I wanted and couldn't pass it up. Scott gave me the first price which the finance dept figured out to help give me a shorter loan term but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Scott then went back to his finance dept and came back with something that worked exactly with my budget. He even filled up my gas tank for free! It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone Toyota Bountiful and Scott Argyle. More

I began my search for my Prius on line and then I called Bountiful Toyota and my call was forwarded to Keyston. He was very knowlegeable and he found me exactaly what I was looking for. I had been looking into buying a Prius for 4 years and finally had the money saved to do so. I knew quite a bit about them because of other inquiries at other dealerships and the information I had read on line when researching them. We were very impressed with Keyston and because of his knowlege and the car he found for me, I put a down payment on it and drove 300 miles to that dealership to meet with him and drive the car. When we got there he had the car pulled up front for us and then he proceeded to go over the car from bumper to bumper and answer all my husband's quesitons. I was even more amazed at the amount of knowlege he had about the car and so was my husband. We took it for a drive and then came back and purchased it. We paid cash for it. Keyston emailed us and also called us to see if we had any problems or questions and needed anything after the sale. More
