I am very sorry to read about your experience. Toyota bountiful truly would like to help you but our hands are tied when you are so far away. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the other Toyota dealer. We did a very thorough used vehicle inspection and spent over a $1000 in reconditioning your Sienna prior to you purchasing it. We didn't do anything that could have had any impact one way or another with the spark plugs. Even if you would have taken it to another mechanic prior to your purchase, they would not have been able to see anything wrong. I know this is a tough situation for everyone but mostly for you.
