The reason I have given high ratings for every category is because my husband and I bought two cars from Cameron Pringle and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. NEVER did I feel taken advantage of, is because my husband and I bought two cars from Cameron Pringle and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. NEVER did I feel taken advantage of, or pushed. Cameron was kind, considerate, friendly, talked open with us and really made purchasing our cars a great experience. I vow to never go to another dealership again! I will only shop at Toyota Bountiful. Initially I was worried about buying a new car, but Cameron made the entire process a pleasure. I will recommend this dealership to every person that I know. We went to 4 other dealerships this week looking for a car and Toyota Bountiful was very different. The other dealerships made us feel like we were just another number, another sale. Toyota Bountiful has a different feel. It was warm, inviting, almost like we walked into a place where we were amongst friends who truly cared for us and took care of us. Thank you Weston for talking us through all of the financial aspects of purchasing two cars. We understood every detail to our purchases because of his careful explanations. He never talked over our heads, but explained everything clearly and plainly. It was a pleasure to work with him as well!! More

Purchased a New Toyota Tacoma on March 23rd. Natalie was by far the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. She possessed a terrific knowledge of the Tacoma and made sure I new how to operate all th by far the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. Natalie made sure the vehicle I was looking at met my needs and was my price range. I was very impressed with entire dealership. Bountiful Toyota has done a wonderful job of creating a friendly very customer centric environment. I will definitely recommend Natalie and Bountiful Toyota for anyone looking at purchasing a new Toyota. Kelsey, in the finance department, assisted me in financing the purchase. She was very patient and friendly and was able to explain all the finance options available and find the best option that fit my needs. I was impressed with how quick the process was. I did not have to spend one minute more than necessary in what is quite often a painful experience. Both Natalie and Kelsey followed up with me the following business day. Natalie made sure everything was still good with my new car and made certain I was still happy with my purchase. More

Inquired about a used car, in a certain make and model, and was told they had one on the lot. Drove from ogden to bountiful to wait 40 minutes for them to find the car, which was parked down the road at a and was told they had one on the lot. Test drove two cars from another dealer, through bountiful toyota, that was the first sign that i should just walk out. Second i gave a price range and they far exceeded, and i was curious to trade in my old car, which they offered me next to nothing (1,500) but wait i just sold if for (4,000). They checked my credit with out my permission, two weeks after going in and not buying or requesting finance, which life lock let me know of, and i am going to get the authorities involved. My advice: do not waste your time, they are rude, no nothing about cars, and mark up cars from other dealers. The car from the other dealer was $4,000 less than you wanted Drew! nice job, idiot! I went to Mark Miller and bought a car from them, maybe go take a lesson on how to sell a car from them. I was a repeat customer and you just lost a ton of business from me, and everyone i know. More

My name is Tammy Guzman and I loved the service and my used Sienna. There were some down sides to buying used but the dealership is going to fix them for me.
