I gave the Toyota of Bountiful an excellent review because I felt like the service and care I received was superb. It was a no-pressure decision for me to purchase the new car, I went in to explore my options and was pleased with the results. Since I live in the in the southwest corner of the Salt Lake valley, I didn't really want to go all the way out to Bountiful to look at a car, especially since there are two Toyota dealerships closer. After shopping around online, it was obvious that the best deals were at Toyota Bountiful so I thought I'd give it a shot. I sent a general email expressing interest in a vehicle and almost immediately I was getting emails and texts back answering all the questions I had. The salesman I worked with, Josh, clearly made an effort to be available on the phone for me though I'm sure he had other business to attend to. When I got to the dealership Josh was ready for my wife and me and brought us through the whole process really smoothly. He was such a pleasure to do business with because we never felt pressured and he was so easy going. After that I was very surprised at the speed with which the finance manager Weston was able to put our deal together for us. I felt very comfortable with him because he just exuded this supreme air of experience and knowledge. Both Josh and Weston made me feel like I was in very good hands with Toyota and that they would be there to help me out with anything in the future. I am really happy with the purchase I made, though my wife is now bugging me to get her a matching vehicle...in powder blue. Not going to happen. More

I came on to the lot not really knowing what to expect. I told Fransico what I would like to put down and he showed me some of better options for me. In the end I ended getting a new car far cheaper than I w told Fransico what I would like to put down and he showed me some of better options for me. In the end I ended getting a new car far cheaper than I would have otherwise. They worked with me and tried to understand my situation and gave me discounts that would apply to me. Overall it was a great experience. My only hope is that you give these people raises because you should have them staffed for as long as possible. More
The over all experience was great at Toyota Bountiful. Ramon was very helpful and didn't pressure or push us to a decision. He did an excellent job assisting us and answering all our questions. Also Kelsey made the finance part of the sale quick and easy and was great to work with. One thing I am impressed with over all is your used car 110 point inspection that you don't have to do but you do anyway. Because of this I was happy to find out you are replacing my tires and my rear brakes. You didn't have to but because of the high standards you have with your used cars it was very welcome news. If this is the level of detail and service you offer to all used cars you might of gained a repeat customer for the years to come. Thanks again for a great experience. Richie Harris More
I purchased my new, Toyota Prius in 2010 from a currently-out-of-business Toyota dealership (which was later bought by Toyota Bountiful). When I purchased my Prius, the old dealer sold me a leather currently-out-of-business Toyota dealership (which was later bought by Toyota Bountiful). When I purchased my Prius, the old dealer sold me a leather seat package which they fulfilled (customized and installed) by a local, third party contractor. A few years later, part of that customized seat package (leather door panels) failed. I took my car back to Toyota Bountiful. Despite being out of warranty, Toyota Bountiful representatives agreed to cover half the cost of the panel replacement. They didn't have to do so. The product was out of warranty. The package was sold by a former Toyota dealership. They were gracious in backing me and in choosing to help out. During installation, we noticed that the newly ordered door panel didn't match the other, existing door panels. The existing panels were some sort of real or faux leather. The replacement panel was made out of some sort of cloth. This is when the Toyota Bountiful service manager, Mike Kasparian, got involved. Mr. Kasparian spent a day researching the issue and found that the replacement panel was indeed correct for this car. Further, his research uncovered the fact that the previous Toyota dealership had a contractor customize the panel when I purchased the car. Mr. Kasparian stood behind me all the way. Even though he didn't have to, he agreed to cover the cost of customizing the new door panel to match my three original panels. He called the manager of the local, third party company that customized my original panels, arranging for them to perform the upgrade. He even went so far to offer that I drop off my car at his dealership so that his team could then deliver my car to the third party company, have it repaired, and then return it to me. Wow! I am exceptionally pleased with Mr. Kasparian's willingness to back his product (and even the product of a former dealer). He clearly provided a level of service that one could only hope for. More
Classic Bait and Switch On March 22, 2013 I contacted Classic Bait and Switch On March 22, 2013 I contacted Toyota of Bountiful to verify if they had a Toyota Tundra on their lot which they had adverti Classic Bait and Switch On March 22, 2013 I contacted Toyota of Bountiful to verify if they had a Toyota Tundra on their lot which they had advertised on their Web site. I spoke with a representative via Instant Message and called a Sales Representative to make sure that it was available before driving to test drive and possibly buy it. The Instant Message rep said it was there, the Sales Rep said it was there and about 15 minutes later the Sales Manager called me and also confirmed it was in stock. With high hopes I drove to the lot with the intention of purchasing the truck that the Web site and three separate employees said was there. Oddly enough no one could seem to find it; the truck simply did not exist. There was however a truck which cost $10,000 more available; would I like to purchase it instead? I declined their offer to buy and attempted to leave, only to be told that they would be sure to work with me. I agreed to stay for a while to see what could be done. The entire time was spent looking at the truck I wanted to trade in, which I found odd seeing as I had a trade in offer from Auto Trader .com and felt it was reasonable. The Sales rep kept asking me if they could get the numbers to work out would I buy a truck. The only problem was they did not have nor could they seem to find the truck or a similarly equipped and priced truck that I was interested in buying. I finally gave up and had to ask at least four separate times to get my keys back so I could leave. It was frustrating at the lack of response to return my property so I could leave. My wife and I felt like we were being held prisoners. The Sales rep and Sales manager finally apologized and promised to follow up with my after locating a vehicle that I would be interested in purchasing. They assured me that they would be able to make me a “great deal”. They also promised to call me with the details of the trade in offer and pricing of the truck that I went to see, which still could not be located, even at other dealerships. The following day I received a voice message saying “I hope we can work with you to buy that truck, if not we hope you can find another dealer to work with”. Still not knowing or wanting to find out if they had a truck in stock that I wanted to purchase, I went to Mark Miller Toyota. Mark Miller Toyota went above and beyond my expectations! Not only were they able to find a truck I wanted, they paid to have it delivered from another dealership located out of state. The process was quick easy and painless. It is how I expected to be treated at Toyota Bountiful. More
Amazing experience with these guys. I felt like Gerry really went to bat for us to get us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. He didn't try to "sell" us at all, just wanted to help us get what we really went to bat for us to get us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. My wife and I came into only to inquire about leasing a vehicle. We merely walked to the grocery store across the street from Bountiful Toyota. We had zero idea we would be driving away in a new car. He showed us the car that was in our price range (Corrolla) and we took it for a test drive. My wife loved the idea of getting into a lease, but was not sold on the car itself. She was ready to leave the dealership and search elsewhere. Gerry kindly asked what it would take to get her into a vehicle that day. She mentioned we needed to get into a Camry. We thought there was no way. Gerry went away for a few minutes while my wife and I expected to receive news indicating it would be impossible to have our demands met. Gerry returned with a huge smile on his face and said he had one option for us. It took my wife one glance and only a mile test drive and she was sold. Gerry never made us feel like we were out of our minds. When we mentioned we were leaning on trying a KIA or a Honda, he never spoke poorly of those companies. He was very professional and accurate. Ultimately it came down to how he treated us and trying all he could to get us into a new-dependable vehicle which we LOVE. We were also very impressed with Weston Bird, the financial manager. While my wife and I were attempting to wrap our minds around what had just happened, he was trying everything he could to make the numbers work. I am a dental student. My wife works part time. We have the money to make our lives manageable, but half of that money comes from student loans. He worked out the ins and outs to verify we would be able to manage the lease. Once again he never made us feel like we wouldn't qualify, but did what it took to make it work. We were very impressed and feel like we will never go anywhere else for a car. More
