He had a great experience dealing with all employees at Toyota of Bountiful. He went there to just compare new vs used and drove out with a new truck! My overall experience was excellent! From the moment we drove on the lot I felt like I was priority. I was extremely comfortable and did not feel the typical pressure of a car dealership. We were well taken care of all the way through the financing process. I am very happy we chose this dealership and I would absolutely recommend it to any of my friends. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Toyota Bountiful for several reasons. - First, my sales consultant was highly inexperienced and was not educated about the vehicles he showed to me. He quo Bountiful for several reasons. - First, my sales consultant was highly inexperienced and was not educated about the vehicles he showed to me. He quoted price on one particular vehicle that was off by about $5000. - Second, sales consultant's manager offered me a price and interest rate that he could not deliver. When I returned the next day to accept the offer and purchase the vehicle, he told me first that he had never made that offer, then that he could not honor that offer because it was "unreasonable". - Third, the associates at this dealership spoke to me in condescending tones, even attempting to lecture me about the value of cars and how my "father would tell [me] to accept Toyota's price". I would not recommend this dealership. More
My experience was very good. Working with Scott, Jason, and Weston was very smooth and effortless. Scott Argyle gave me many options before I had even scheduled an appointment with him. The pricing was very accurate, therefore easy to make a final decision. Jason Long was very helpful in finalizing everything. Weston Bird made the financing very effortless as well. I did need to bring the truck back for a few more options that I selected. It was finished before the scheduled time. Brian from the service department gave me a call to let me know that it was available early. I was very pleased with my experience and would be happy to refer them any business. More

I had my doubts about going here after a friend warned me against it, but they had a used Volkswagen Jetta Wagon that would have been a good first car for my brother. We did research, checked on the pricing against it, but they had a used Volkswagen Jetta Wagon that would have been a good first car for my brother. We did research, checked on the pricing with multiple sites, and then headed over to the dealer. The car was filthy. full of crumbs and dog hair, the tires were needing to be replaced. There were minor dings in the paint. It had obviously been well loved. We were told having it cleaned would add another $1k to the sale price, or we could purchase it as it was. Then he proceeded to give us our price - over $2k higher than the Blue Book for Excellent condition. His reason? "They calculate their bluebooks differently." He refused to budge, and argued with us, trying to talk us into it. We finally left, utterly disgusted. $3k over the max bluebook was a bit more than we could stomach. More

Once again Toyota of Bountiful has won us over and will have lifelong customers. They can make the impossible happen. They are not pushy and willing to work with anyone in any situation. I would recommend Ha to anyone looking for an honest friendly salesman. He listens to what you want and doesn't try to push anything more. He was very quick and to the point. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. I love my new Prius and will continue sending friends and family your way. The dealership is very clean, spacious, and has many things to do while you wait. The kids room is awesome as well as the snacks. If I didn't have my 4 yr old with me, I would have loved to try out the fitness center upstairs. The staff kept us informed as to what was happening so we didn't feel abandoned or wondering what was going on. A+, 5 starts, and 2 thumbs up!! More
When I bought this car, I noticed how great the customer service was with Keyston. I definitely enjoy a dealer that has more of a laid back personality when considering a car, instead of someone just tryin service was with Keyston. Keyston wasn't pushy at all, and very knowledgeable on all the cars he is selling. After I left with my new used car, I noticed that my car was having a hard time starting up and had to jump it to get it going again. I took it into the dealership and Keyston and the sales manager Troy put in a brand new battery for me free of charge. They didn't have to do this since I had already bought the car, but this shows how great they are with customer service and making sure you leave with a smile on your face. Whether you are buying a Toyota or not, you should check this place out. You won't regret it. More
