I worked with Clay to sell my 2011 Rav4 lease through an in/out, then used the equity for a new 2013 Rav4 lease. It took about three months to finalize a deal with a buyer (would have been sooner, but a potential buyer backed out at the very last second even after I had turned away other really good offers to honor the deal I had worked out with him), but Clay stuck with it and honored his offer for a new lease when I got someone else to come in. I also learned a lot about selling cars in the process. More
We were very impressed with the entire process. We visited the dealership a few weeks prior to buy our truck to see what inventory they had. We were greeted first by Josh Chavez. Very professional and willing to help answer our questions and find us what we wanted. Josh even went a step further and contacted another dealer to see if there was a "deal" to be made. We returned to the dealer a few weeks later. We were greeted immediately by a salesman and when we asked for Josh Chavez he did not hesitate to find him. Everyone was dressed professionally, had a smile on their face and was willing to help out. Once Josh was found he helped us with the process. We test drove the truck, which we loved and later bought. Upon returning to the dealership Josh showed us the complimentary snack area and helped us accomadate to our girls. Our girls were able to watch kid friendly tv and have snacks while we did the paperwork process. The functioning of the dealership was very smooth and hassle free. We will recommend Toyota Bountiful to anyone. More

I went out of my way to drive to Bountiful for my 5000 mile service and left without it being done. In fact, I had to call back to find out what part of the service was complete. My truck had a front to mile service and left without it being done. In fact, I had to call back to find out what part of the service was complete. My truck had a front tow receiver that took me 25 minutes to install from scratch, with a front hitch (pulled off by a simple pin) in it at the time. The Assistant Service Manager was too busy to actually go and see what was on the truck, and just told the tech to tell me it would cost 1 1/2 of service hours -- well over $100 to complete the service because of this "thing." There were two cars in the service bay at the time.. but they were so under staffed that no one was willing to take the time to figure out what was really going on and how to make the service work. Toyota of Bountiful has so many benefits for those waiting for service, beautiful waiting area, an exercise room, food, wifi, etc., but I left and will not make the back again because their service management is too busy to car about what they are doing. More
