Then his team leader came over and explained our vehicle purchase and negotiated with us... yes he was friendly. The parts department guy was very personable and friendly even though he knew we were purchasing a new vehicle. Finally the finance manager was not what we expected.. he was friendly and made it easy to understand the financing. .... We got a better deal than we expected. Great group of guys. First approached by Jose who immediately took myself and my friend to a seating area while he talked with Jeff about the car.
