When I arrived, he was extremely pleasant and the job was done exactly how I wanted it to be done. I am so sorry that I do not remember the employees name who did the work. After considering a number of other service options, I found the Toy Barn the only place that really understood what I wanted. They did a terrific job of getting the car back to the ride and look it had when it was new. I'd have given them 5 stars except I had a hard time getting updates. It legitimately took some time to get the job done, but when there were days when something was expected or promised, I had to call. If they were on top of the in-process communications, it would be a slam dunk top rating. In spite of that nuisance aspect, I'd go back in a minute for anything similar. They did an awesome job and it was clear they cared about doing it right and satisfying me. I should add that if you're looking only at their hourly rate for service you can easily find cheaper, but I feel I got a very good value. I spent a fair amount, but I feel I got a lot. I gave the deal a 'fair' rating, as that is exactly what it was. More

That day I came by is Valentine’s Day and Chris introduced everything about this car to me, tested it with me, and even assisted me with every detail of financing, making me feel at home at the entire time, even though he was late to bring his wife to dinner. When I back to Ann arbor, we contacted by emails and phone, and I am so impressed that he really consider things from my side and take care everything so good while he is such a nice person to deal with. I made an appointment at the Toy Barn to have the radio looked at and to my pleasant surprise, the radio and speakers were re-wired and I now have reception to multiple radio stations. Best of all, Larry said there would be no charge - now that is customer service at its best! More

Best Dealer I've Dealt With Came into town for 4th of July weekend to visit family and car overheated due to poorly performed work done the week prior at my local car dealership. The folks at the Toy Barn expressed their sympathy for what I was going through, made an offer of a loaner vehicle (which surprised the heck out of me, since they didn't know me from Adam) and were in touch throughout the entire experience to keep me up-to-date on the repair process. If I lived closer, this would be where I'd have all my work done and would buy my next vehicle. Great job everyone!! More
