I never, I repeat never write negative reviews about a business but this place earned it. I took a 2023 SVR and a 2023 range rover HSE both brand new vehicles I bought to get the front windows tinted. Ow business but this place earned it. I took a 2023 SVR and a 2023 range rover HSE both brand new vehicles I bought to get the front windows tinted. Owing a few high end cars, I figured if they did a good job tinting my windows, I would perhaps start taking my cars here for service as well. Big mistake, I dropped both cars off to Toybarn Jan 31 around noon, signed in everything, and left for a few hours as they worked on the cars. At 630pm when I went to pick the vehicles up, the second I started the SVR JAguar, a big warning came up on the dash regarding the tire pressure. Initially I thought no big deal its January, vehicles are outside, pressure may have dropped 1-2 points. The second I flipped through the setting I saw the Tire pressure was at a 22 on the passenger tire. It should be at 44!! the freaking car had a nail in it within the few hours I left it at their dealership. There was no TP warning on when the car was dropped, none while the car was worked on Im guessing or they would have immediately called me and said hey- your car tire has a nail in it and is not safe to drive on the TP is half of what it should be, since we are the service dept should we replace the tire? that's what they would have done if it was landed that way- and they agreed - Ben the service manager tried to say I drove it with a 22 tire pressure from upper Arlington to Dublin and they perhaps noticed perhaps didn't but didn't call me to mention it. Their GM is an even bigger joke- I have a message front the tint guy stating yes it could have happened when it was driven around from where I parked it- where they serviced it and then reparked it- The GM Mr. Scott will never earn my business which would have been plenty in those catrgories of cars and I will never recommend such a dishonest place to anyone. Imagine this happened tinting 4 windows on a quarter million dollars worth of vehicles, imagine buying a used car from them... a joke. I have legal on my team on payroll that will take care of this issue as I have a call to toybarn logged while I am there in their lot - did not even move the vehicles when I noticed the light on and told them there is a major issue here with my tire that happened after I dropped it off for their service. More
Man what can I say just a man with a wish and these guys made it happen and with a breeze. Got my dream car with absolutely no stress at all. I purchased a 49 Chevy Pickup from out of town and went to toy barn to see if they could look the truck over and to do a couple of things on the truck. I was told by the service manager that they were a fu to toy barn to see if they could look the truck over and to do a couple of things on the truck. I was told by the service manager that they were a full service garage that could take care of anything on my truck. I tool the truck there on January 12th and said I wasn’t in a hurry since it was winter which was my first mistake. I go in one day to check on the truck and found out the manager was let go so now I’m dealing with manager 2. I told manager 2 that I was given a price and did not want to go over the price which he said ok. A few weeks later I go in and manager 2 has been let go so now I’m on manager 3. I got with him to explain my agreements with the previous managers so he was aware of the situation. To make a long story short I went in on June 15th and they told me the wiring was an issue and there was nothing they could do so I would need to have it towed because they were not able to get it running. I found a place to take it so I had to pay up to toy barn which I did not agree with the bill. I had someone pick my truck up and take it to there repair shop and immediately was told the starter was wrong and a cheap starter that would not turn over the engine to get it running. The wiring they had done was wrong and they thought my bill was outrageous. I was told they were full service but obviously not for my kind of vehicle and I should of been told that from day one. Toy barn has had a lot of turnover with employees and I do not feel I should of had to suffer because of that. It not only takes a lot of money to buy a vehicle there but the service area is not up to par. I was told it was not there forte to do wiring so what do they do if one of there vehicles has a wiring issue. I should have involved the owner but I didn’t because I know how it would of ended. I had taken other vehicles there in the past but will never go back and I have told my story to quite a few who will not go back for service. More

David Fratianne took care of me. He was great and very professional. He responded to my inquiry immediately. He answered all my calls and questions. He had the car out and warmed up as soon as I got there. I decided to purchase the car. He offered to have the car shipped back to Michigan. I would definitely recommend anyone to check Toy Barn out and request for David Fratianne. More
