I purchased a Bronco Outer Banks recently. Sales process was relatively smooth and there was no pressure to purchase. I can't say we got a great deal, but we loved the vehicle. I would suggest that management goes to North End Mazda to see how another dealership handles the car purchase process, which seemed more customer friendly than this one. Some suggestions: offer seating in the main showroom (not just in the back). We were left wandering around. Make sure coffee is on hand and cable stations can be played. Honestly, it felt a little cheap. Expedite the financing the process. The finance guy could not have been nicer, but we waited a long time (hours actually) which was blamed on slow technology. When the deal is made, make sure the vehicle ready. We had to follow our salesperson to get gas. It wasn't that big of a deal but in the hours that we waited, it seems to me that this could have been handled. When we were ready to drive away, go through ALL of the features of the vehicle and how to use them. North End Mazda does an outstanding job of this. Finally, if you are going to have a sales meeting, make sure there is at least one person available to greet customers. And we weren't the only ones waiting in an empty showroom. We had to walk into the Parts Dept to alert someone that we were there. On a positive note, the insurance and registration process took place behind the scenes, which I appreciated (although I still don't have a registration document and no follow up phone call). Overall, it felt like there could have been more consideration for the customer experience. More

A Ford Escape needed a recall performed. When I called in to schedule it, the service advisor Brian asked me some questions that led me to think further into what service would be needed as When I called in to schedule it, the service advisor Brian asked me some questions that led me to think further into what service would be needed as it is a low mileage vehicle, but up on some years (2016). We agreed to add some services like an oil change. He set a reasonable expectation of cycle time with me and so I decided to schedule an early day appointment in order to be able to wait with the vehicle. Check-in was smooth and the service wrapped up 10 to 15 minutes early relative to the estimated service time, which was a pleasant outcome. A few items came up in the courtesy inspection and they were explained to me in clear terms and informed me well to make some added service decisions for the next visit. The waiting room was very clean, pleasantly quiet and comfortably provisioned. When I left, I felt that my needs had been addressed in an efficient manner. I especially enjoyed that their time estimates were on target and that they met the service expectations set during the intake process. More
