Waste of my time I came in for a service, scheduled an appointment, dropped the vehicle off on time. You would think that when I arrived three days later the vehicle w I came in for a service, scheduled an appointment, dropped the vehicle off on time. You would think that when I arrived three days later the vehicle would be ready to go. I was wrong, this guy looks right at me and tells me they just started. 72 hours after the scheduled appointment time and its not ready. Crazy right. "We will call you when its ready," Jerry tells me. What a waste of time! More
