Say they Worst experience ever. Manager lied about buying back my car and cost me another $500 lost in the process. Service has always been bad. Say they check things they don’t and didn’t fix the problems I had with my last car I bought from them. I’ve moved on to a more reputable dealer and very happy now. Bought over 10 new Nissans from here going back to 2011. No more! More
Oil change…. Ok quick job I’m there early. 8 am. Looks like I’m third in line. Carla tells me 3 hrs. I say to her. “Y’all have got to do better than this” Carla Ok quick job I’m there early. 8 am. Looks like I’m third in line. Carla tells me 3 hrs. I say to her. “Y’all have got to do better than this” Carla snaps at me. Sooooo I sit in the nasty waiting area for the three hours. I decide to walk around and see what’s going on. My car is still in line! I catch a glimpse of the shop where I see a tech standing in front of a car looking at his phone with a battery load tester attached to a car. I ask Carla about my car. Excuses.. Someone’s car won’t start and has to be pushed. Yikes! I asked her to change my oil only and let me go. After 3 1/2 hours my car is ready. A nasty tech brings it around and hands me the keys with greasy hands. I wipe the oil off my steering wheel and take the dirty paper floor mat out and drive away thankful my battery wasn’t burnt up…. I will take it to professional oil change place from now on! More
Left my Sentra on 12/5/22 for transmission repair. Called numerous times but was routed every time to answering machine. I left a message each time but no one ever returned my calls. On 12/22/22 servi Called numerous times but was routed every time to answering machine. I left a message each time but no one ever returned my calls. On 12/22/22 service manager called to say car would be ready on 12/23/22. I called on 12/23 but again could not speak to anyone. I called over and over and could never talk to a real person in the service department. I live out of town so today I had a friend bring me to the dealership. I was told the service manager I dealt with was no longer with them and the car had been ready since 12/23/22. I was also told they had called me several times. NOT TRUE! Something is badly wrong with a dealership that has calls routed to a machine each and every time a person calls. I had no option but to pay for the repair and walk away because I did not know who was to blame for this fiasco. More

Buyer's Be Aware! !! Snuck in a $1,000 ADP/ADM on the buyers order even though everywhere they listed it online and on the vehicle windshield didn't have this amount m !! Snuck in a $1,000 ADP/ADM on the buyers order even though everywhere they listed it online and on the vehicle windshield didn't have this amount making the car seem that it was priced where it should have been. They also waited until after purchasing the car to let us know it only had one set of keys. Between the interior damage, exterior damage and missing a set of keys shows it should have been listed well below listing price of $21,000; let alone with the additional$1,000 they snuck in shows they're dishonest. Wish I would have read the other recent reviews! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! More
First off your service writers are very friendly and personable so wanted you aware of that off the bat however I am not pleased with my service. I brought in a 2014 Nissan NV 2500 to have wired to pull personable so wanted you aware of that off the bat however I am not pleased with my service. I brought in a 2014 Nissan NV 2500 to have wired to pull a trailer with a 7 pin plug which they did and for the labor, etc it was 485.00 not including the wiring harness which I paid for separately. When they finished I left for Georgia to pick up the trailer and on to Fl for dog shows when I went to plug in the trailer I was shocked to find the plug was very loose and when I looked under the van I saw the plug was zipped tied on. I was certainly to far to head back to Alabama so I did my show and on my way home last Monday I called and was told to come in when I got back in town. I came in last Tuesday and was told since the receiver hitch was not from Nissan there was no way to put a bracket on the plug or anything. Now I don't know about you but I wasn't expecting this type of unprofessional service for that amount of money! I would have gone to a horse trailer place where I was assured it would be done correctly but they were backed up so thought surely Nissan would do it correctly and professionally. I wonder if my husband would have brought it in if it would be the same result. If in fact your technicians can not secure this plug with a bracket as opposed to zip ties why was I not informed in the first place? When the zip ties break which over time will happen this can rip out wiring for both van and trailer. I was told when I came in last Tuesday that if I purchased a Nissan receiver hitch for 300 plus then it would have a bracket built in for the plug. It just amazes me that someone would think that it is ok to jury rig something that you paid this much money for and if this is the type service you provide I won't be back. I have a recalled part that is in your parts dept but certainly hesitant on getting it installed now More
