People not taking us seriously, thinking we were kids who just wanted to test drive the cars for fun), but Tim treated us like adults and serious customers, which we were. Went to buy a car but so happy I didn't. Was getting a 2011Honda accord from Debra. She was so sweet (which was an act) like she really wanted to help me. When I got to finance the guy started trying to a 2011Honda accord from Debra. She was so sweet (which was an act) like she really wanted to help me. When I got to finance the guy started trying to get me to purchase Extra Gap so I told him I was going to wait and see if I wanted it or just find another car. Had written a check to them and told Debra to hold it and not deposit and she said ok. To make the story short they took money out of my account for a car I never took off their car lot. Cliff the manager was not understanding and seemed as if I was his problem. I incurred an returned check fee and never told them to deposit the check. The sales team there are very unprofessional and only want your money. Townsend Honda sucks!! More
